About this tour

For the boldest adventurers, this unique expedition takes you deep into the remote western Amazon—one of the most isolated, biodiverse, and unspoiled regions on Earth. Far from tourist paths, you’ll hike ancient Indigenous trails, cross flooded forests and hills, and immerse yourself in a world where nature rules everything.

Guided by expert naturalists and Indigenous locals, this is far more than a trek—it’s a profound experience of connection with the living forest. As you move through the jungle, you’ll learn to track animals, identify medicinal plants, and interpret the subtle signs of the wild. Nights are spent camping under the canopy, enjoying simple, hearty meals, and sleeping to the sounds of the rainforest.

This expedition is physically demanding and only suitable for fit, adventurous individuals. Everyone carries their own gear, and the terrain is challenging—but the reward is the rare chance to experience the Amazon in its rawest form. These trails lead through regions known only to local communities and untouched by modern infrastructure.

Each journey follows a carefully scouted point-to-point route through a mix of upland jungle, swampy lowlands, and river crossings. You’ll explore remote habitats teeming with life—from elusive primates and colorful birds to jaguar tracks and much more.

This project is built in partnership with Indigenous communities who serve as guides, hosts, and guardians of these lands. Your participation directly supports their conservation efforts and offers a sustainable alternative to resource extraction. This is ethical travel with real impact—authentic, respectful, and deeply meaningful.

If you’re ready to exchange comfort for raw wonder, and routine for real discovery, this expedition offers a rare, life-shifting journey into the wildest corners of the Amazon.

Itinerary

First things first: we’ll kick things off in LA and drive through the cactus-scattered Mojave Desert to reach Las Vegas. Once we’re there, we’ll take on The Strip on a driving tour. Then, it’s time to dress to impress as we climb aboard a Las Vegas party bus.

Anything goes in Vegas. You could go high with today’s optionals: a heli-tour over The Strip or a ride on the High Roller Observation Wheel. We’ve got optional shooting range visits, too! Just remember to save some energy for one more night out among the bright lights and Elvis impersonators.

Today feels like a Navajo jeep tour kind of day. One that goes through Monument Valley. Even though it’s a bumpy ride, you'd be forgiven for wanting to miss the bus, especially once you learn the stories of the mesas from our Navajo guide.
